Year 5/6 Tag Rugby Festival Our Year 5 and 6 pupils took part in an exciting Tag Rugby Tournament at South Devon College , competing against several teams from across the Federation. Both of our teams showed fantastic teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship throughout the day. The children worked brilliantly together, supporting one another and demonstrating all the rugby values — respect, discipline, and passion! We’re incredibly proud to share that one of our teams finished in 2nd place , an amazing achievement against some very strong opposition. Well done to all our players for representing the school so proudly — you were a credit to us all! 👏💪

Year 3 trip to Kents Cavern

Image
Year 3 had a fantastic trip back in time to the Stone Age, exploring the caves of Kent’s Cavern. The children handled replica and real artefacts found by archaeologists in the cavern including a child’s hand axe that was over 600,000 years old! We also linked in our Science topic on Rocks, admiring the amazing limestone cave walls and calcite stalactites and stalagmites.
